Element type: Hand pattern.
All 13 tiles are concealed, and the winning 14th tile is obtained from the last discard. (so the 5th set of the concealed hand is considered to be an exposed set)
Note: If the last tile drawn is a Self-Draw that would automatically imply that the hand may be scored as a Fully Concealed [56] hand.
